Sandy is a 2-time alum of NASA Social’s event series, most recently participating at SpaceX’s STP-2 Falcon Heavy launch at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center.

He also participated in a NASA Social at the Goddard Space Flight Center to hear scientists, engineers, and administrators discuss ICESAT-2, a satellite launched in 2018 to study ice sheet elevation using laser pulses sent from space.
