Schadenfreude

Schadenfreude’s multimedia projects cover numerous platforms including 60 radio episodes on Chicago Public Radio (National Syndication) and the Chicago Emmy-nominated TV show “IL-Informed” on WTTW. Our screenplays ALDERMAN and PHUDIE MART are in early development.

We’ve performed at venues including the Gallery Cabaret, Goodman Theatre, Steppenwolf, Second City, Second City LA, UCB LA, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival (Roman Eagle Lodge), iO Chicago, Annoyance, the Metro, Double Door, NeoFuturariam, Chopin, Chicago Public Radio, HERE (NYC), ComedySportz, Athenaeum, Wing and Groove, Zanie’s, Lollapallooza, the Chicago Improv Festival, Theater on the Lake, the Heartland Studio Theater, Cafe Ashie, WGN 9, ABC 7, NBC 5, WTTW, and at various universities.

Schad includes Kate James, Justin Kaufmann, myself, Stephen Schmidt and Adam Witt.

Alums are Ike Barinholtz, John Bolger, Mark Hanner and Gillian Vigman.
